Our All-Day Breakfast board has three parts. The breakfast plates are the 3 Egg Platter ($14.99), Meat Lovers Omelet ($16.00), Huevos a la Mexicana ($14.99), Huevos Rancheros ($14.99) and Steak & Egg Platter ($18.99). The Steak & Egg Platter is the one the board shows off with its own picture.

If you need breakfast you can eat with one hand on the road, the breakfast burritos are the ones to know: Chorizo Breakfast Burrito ($11.99), Asada Breakfast Burrito ($12.99) and Meaty Breakfast Burrito ($11.99). The board says it plainly: breakfast burrito, made fresh to order.

For something sweet, the Sweet Griddle has Pancakes ($7.99) and French Toast ($7.99).

Breakfast at any hour on weekdays

Breakfast doesn't stop at 11 here. Coming off a night shift, starting a long haul in the afternoon, or just want eggs for dinner? The whole breakfast board is served whenever the kitchen is open: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; closed Saturday and Sunday.

Easy to reach from I-5

We're inside Castaic Truck Stop at 31611 Castaic Rd, off I-5 between Exit 176A (Parker Rd) and Exit 176B (Lake Hughes Rd). You can park your truck at the truck stop and walk in to eat. Truck parking is free with a 100-gallon fuel purchase, otherwise $30. On Saturday and Sunday the kitchen is closed, but the truck stop's store is open 24/7.
